You will no longer be required to complete an Early Help referral for a request for professional involvement or education, health and care needs assessments (EHCNA) requests.

Request for SEND Professional Involvement

All request and referral forms can be found on the Professional Hub on the Local Offer: 

Requests for an Early Help Assessment should be completed as usual.

Westmorland and Furness process

You will no longer be required to complete an Early Help referral for a request for professional involvement to support special educational needs, or for education, health and care needs assessment (EHCNA) requests.

Request for SEND Professional Involvement

When completed, all school and college requests for professional involvement should be submitted via the School Portal. If you are a non-Portal setting, then please return this form to: inclusion@westmorlandandfurness.gov.uk   

All Early Years requests for professional involvement should be submitted to: LIS.Businesssupport@westmorlandandfurness.gov.uk
